JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts, and optimizing supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, data analysis, and supply chain logistics. You will work closely with various departments to enhance efficiency and support our operational goals.

• Create inventory transactions to accommodate order allocations, company to company moves, and customer status, and reclassifications.
• Replenish items for DOTCOM orders
• Monitor and expedite daily replenishment for ecommerce orders
• Provide assistance to Customer Service Representatives, Sales Assistance and Quality Control Department when requested.
• Communicate with Customer Service, Sales and Merchandisers through email to accommodate product requests.
• Move and reconcile photography location
• Process reclass requests on shared file and update accordingly
• Adjust inventory through positive and negative system movements.
• Research all inventory-related discrepancies and make appropriate adjustments in the inventory system.
• Assist in pulling merchandise for customer orders
• Order entry, order processing and shipping of transfers
• Account for all discontinued and damaged items flagged for melt
• Product kitting and un-kitting for sales projections and orders Misc. tasks as assigned
