Description
We are looking for an inventory control specialist who is detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, able to manage complex systems, and who has excellent communication, math and analytical skills, and relevant computer software know-how. Inventory coordinators can expect to work with associated documentation, complete tasks alone and in teams, manage multiple inventories, and report to and advise company management. A successful inventory control specialist should have a few years’ experience in inventory control, excellent time management skills, and knowledge of organizational techniques. Ideal candidates will also be able to work extended hours if needed and have experience in building strong working relationships. Duties and Responsibilities: * Meeting supply chain objectives. * Managing inventory and filing systems. * Performing daily inventory cycle counts and communicate data to Inventory Lead. * Verify inventory verification requests from Tech Design * Research inventory counts discrepancies * Performing complete inventory checks of all stock and supplies twice a year. * Utilize computer systems to pull inventory related reports. * Ensuring all documentation related to inventory flows is complete, accurate and filed correctly. * Reporting to management.   Physical Demands: Must be able to lift glass up to 50lbs, stand walk, stand, bend   Work Environment: Warehouse setting. Office setting with controlled heating and cooling.   Required Education: High school diploma or G.E.D.   Required Experience: Word processing and spreadsheet knowledge; comfortable learning computer systems
