Description JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for maintaining and improving inventory accuracy by proactive cycle counts, problem solving and process improvement. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: · Counting a variety of products. · Use a scale for counting O-rings. · Understand, uphold, and enforce inventory processes. · Reconcile inventory discrepancies. · Identify products with training. · Data entry. · Read and respond to inventory requests. · Create solutions for common issues. · Maintain proper inventory labeling requirements. Requirements REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES: · Forklift and reach truck driving (preferred). · Basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. · Navigate computer systems. · Verbal, written and technological communication. · Detail oriented. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: · High School diploma or GED required. REQUIRED VALUES: · Integrity · Accountability · Teamwork PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK CONDITIONS: · Must be able to lift up-to 50 pounds at times. (Heavier loads require additional lifters or equipment.) · Crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
