REQUIREMENTS

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, data analysis, etc.)
• Previous hands-on experience with SAP (inventory or warehouse management modules)
• Strong computer literacy and attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our Longueuil Distribution Center team. This role requires strong computer skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and prior experience working with SAP.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and manage inventory accuracy within the Distribution Center
• Perform cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and adjustments in SAP
• Analyze and maintain data reports using Excel (advanced functions required)
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
• Coordinate with receiving and shipping teams to ensure inventory records are up to date
• Track product movement and support root-cause analysis of shortages or overages
• Maintain documentation of all inventory transactions and adjustments
• Assist in process improvement initiatives related to inventory accuracy and efficiency
• Support audits and compliance checks for inventory and warehouse procedures
• Collaborate with operations and management to meet service level goals
