Description:
The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for the inventory of both the Ventura and Riverside warehouses, including
auditing the inventory, creating reporting, and follow up with correcting errors, or concerns.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2 years inventory control, logistics, or related field, 3-5 years preferred.
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with appropriate equipment or assistance.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Must respond well to questions and have ability to read,
  • interpret, and comply with written information and documents
  • Follow safety rules and operations/procedure manuals
  • Attention to detail including accurate data and numbers.
  • Ability to organize/prioritize work in order to productively and efficiently meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and within a team environment.
  • Experience with standard Microsoft Office and related technology.
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
  • Must be capable of working under tight time constraints in a high-volume environment with multiple priorities.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours across all shifts, weekends, etc. based upon business operational demands
  • May be required to operate across various locations.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the inflow and outflow of inventory, ensuring that stock is maintained and are meeting demand.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, including tacking inbound and outbound materials.
  • Create and maintain reporting including inventory audits, cycle counts, damages report, and shrinkage.
  • Conducting regular audits of inventory and stock levels.
  • Working with warehouse staff to manage discrepancies and ensure appropriate inventory amounts.
  • Manage process for inbound shipments to verify counts of product and ensure proper inventory levels.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality are required.
  • Operates safely in all conditions.
  • Follows policies and procedures.
