Linder's commitment to delivering superior industrial machinery solutions is shared by our leading equipment partners such as Komatsu, BOMAG, Deutz Fahr, Atlas, Konecranes, Mantsinen, Superior Brooms, Terramac, and many more.    Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity within the facility as well  as maintaining stock orders and machine down reporting. Assist in the generation of month/annual  quality reports as deemed necessary at the corporate level.   Responsibilities:  • Generate inventory stock replenishment order for the branches  • Manage critical machine down orders and ensure parts are being expedited  • Research inventory discrepancies and recommend adjustments  • Monitor back orders and escalate with vendors if necessary  • Operates within all parts policies and procedures of the company  • Knowledgeable on all vendor rules and requirements for stock ordering  • Assist in facility audits  • Responsible for the regular review of causes of back orders and covering  o Order not promptly placed  o Parts expediting  o Factory shortages  o Transportation delays  o Emergency order fees review   • Process monthly/annual parts returns to vendors according to vendor rules and conditions   • Other projects as requested by manager   Education/Experience/Skills: • High School Diploma  • Extensive equipment and parts knowledge  • Proficient computer skills  • Proficient in Excel  • Excellent interpersonal skills  • Self-motivated  • Ability to work independently with life supervision  • Carefully perform daily operations with immediacy  Linder Industrial Machinery Company is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
