Job Details Job Location: ATX - Austin, TX Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: Undisclosed Job Shift: Day Job Category: Inventory Description Overview: Mr. Greens has proudly grown into one of the largest privately-owned produce distributors in Texas. With deliveries 365-days a year, 7-days a week and multiple runs per day, Mr. Greens has set the gold standard for service. Mr. Greens serves a large variety of clients, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores and retail outlets. Accountabilities: Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and reconciliations. Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Review and process all returned product from delivery drivers; assess conditions, document reasons, and coordinate restocking or disposal. Collaborate with the Receiving Department to verify and document incoming shipments when serving as the receiving back-up. Monitor inventory transactions in the system to ensure proper recording. Support warehouse operations by identifying and resolving inventory issues promptly. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient inventory area. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Work involves lifting materials and products weighing up to 50 pounds. Work in a refrigerated environment, between 34 and 55 degrees. You must always wear appropriate PPE (such as steel-toed shoes, safety vests, gloves, and hairnets) while in the work area.
