Position: Service Center Administrator

We are looking for a highly organized and analytical candidate with strong Microsoft Excel skills and previous experience in a service center or after-sales environment.

• Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate records of all service-related activities.
• Monitor service center KPIs and identify discrepancies, trends, and areas requiring improvement.
• Ensure all reports are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
• Review service center case updates and verify that all information is correctly recorded in the system.
• Conduct data analysis and provide operational insights to support decision-making.
• Coordinate with service centers to ensure compliance with reporting standards and operational procedures.
• Perform physical stock handling, stock verification, and inventory reconciliation.
• Support inventory audits and ensure alignment between physical stock and system records.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of operational records.
• Assist in monitoring spare parts movement, stock availability, and inventory accuracy.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, reporting, and dashboards).
• Previous experience in a service center, aftersales, or operations environment.
