WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE This job contributes to Evolution Fresh success by performing critical inventory control functions to support plant and distribution center operations. Models and acts in accordance with Evolution Fresh guiding principles JOB DUTIES: * Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality * Order Picker PIT operation * Performs daily inventory counts and reconciliations in reserve stock locations * Follows approved guidelines and processes for cycle count completion * Investigates and corrects discrepancies within the Warehouse Management System; track errors, identifies discrepancies, and preforms root cause analysis for continual improvement initiatives * Supports customer satisfaction with orders and in-full order fulfillment by ensuring inventory accuracy * Provides feedback on errors found to fellow partners and escalates issues as appropriate * Primary support of day-to-day shipping and receiving operations * Troubleshoots inbound and outbound discrepancies, performs new item setup and slotting, identifies, and corrects lot rotation exceptions, and resolves of wave planning issues * Supports brand quality by maintaining correct inventory availability status on items identified as quality issues or shelf-life issues * May enter orders into computer system, review invoices for accuracy and approval, and provide telephone support for customers MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * 1-year Inventory Experience * Intermediate Excel Experience (Pivot Tables & Formulas) ADDITIONAL REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing * Attention to detail * Ability to understand written and verbal policies and guidelines, specifications, and safety standards * Basic math skills * Basic computer and Microsoft Office proficiency * Problem solving skills and a proactive approach * Ability to follow verbal direction * Familiarity with computerized inventory and order selection systems * Flexibility to work overtime as required, even on short notice * Ability to operate required material handling equipment * Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Forklift Operator certification or the ability to obtain certification * Scissor Lift certification or the ability to obtain certification PHYSICAL DEMANDS & ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS: * Ability to lift 30 lbs * Ability to work in both hot and cold environments WHAT WE OFFER plus more! Responsibilities

Perform critical inventory control functions including daily counts, reconciliations, and root cause analysis of discrepancies within the Warehouse Management System. Support shipping and receiving operations by troubleshooting inbound/outbound issues and managing item setup and slotting.
