Join us.   A day in the life: As an Inventory Control Specialist, you’ll own the company’s inventory systems end-to-end—keeping every transaction sharp, accurate, and fully aligned with company policies and accounting standards. You’ll partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage data integrity, resolve inventory claims, deliver clear reporting, and drive continuous improvement.    The impact you’ll make: * Collect and organize a variety of documents from business partners to serve as evidence of activity involving company assets. * Process system inventory transactions for all activity in SAP Materials Management (MM) module – production, goods receipts, shipments, and other physical movements – to keep system inventory balances synchronized with physical balances, and ensure a high level of inventory accuracy. * Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies and corrects them in SAP in real time. * Conduct cycle counts at stocking locations as required, audit business partner activity and record- keeping. * Support periodic wall-to-wall physical inventory audits as required by company internal and external audit requirements. * Ensure Company operational standards, policies, procedures, and practices are followed in a timely and consistent manner. * Represent Company and the brands effectively to all constituencies, maintaining at all times a professional code of conduct in support of this. * Execute special projects or assignments as directed by the Company. Who you are: * Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of --Logistics, Business Administration, or similar field of study. * Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in Inventory control. * Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in cycle count. * Computer Skills Desired: Advance user Microsoft office. * Preferred Certifications: Ability to use computer-based ERP system, SAP experience preferred – ECC, MM, MRP. * Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: English, preferred.
Responsibilities
