POSITION SUMMARY:

Position is responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the inventory control system (High Jump).
M-F 8AM - 5PM

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

Associates’ degree and at least one (1) year distribution/warehouse experience preferred.
Demonstrated team player with strong problem solving and organizational skills.
Self-starter who is able to adjust work priorities to meet business needs and objectives.
Basic-level Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) and PC skills.
Excellent communication (both oral & written) and analytic skills.

Responsibilities

DAILY/POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES (OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED):

  • Ensures system is accurate (e.g., negative case/bottle counts, “unavailable” locations, not on truck, miss picks, oddball locations, breakage, abandoned cases).
  • Responsible for slotting coordination on all rack and 10-case rack consolidation.
  • Supports warehouse inspection location and cubic scans new items.
  • Maintains case/bottle short reports from nightly routing reports.
  • Verifies inventory (e.g., Lost, oddball-scanned locations, over/not on truck LP).
  • Responds to all warehouse inventory/RF gun questions.
  • Completes Cycle Count Checks and Check by Items.
  • Conducts periodic vintage checks. Picks vintage and label specific orders.
  • Monitors “no source” inventory in breakage.
  • Assists with investigating customer/supplier quality concerns.
  • Works with National Accounts on refusals and with Portfolio Managers (e.g., labels, expiration dates, vintages, UPC codes, packaging).
  • Assists with maintaining correct item classes.
  • Assists Sr. Inventory Analysist with physical inventory count.
  • Assist in reversing purchase order errors.
