We are looking for an Inventory Control Analyst to join our dynamic team at SunTree Snack Foods. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

· Post Secondary Degree or Diploma in Business, with a focus on Logistics, Warehousing, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Control, or materials management.
· Five years minimum of demonstrated Inventory Management experience in a consumer-packaged goods environment.
· Valid forklift license and experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
· Excellent mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills to address inventory challenges effectively.
· Proven experience developing, implementing, and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of warehouse management, inventory systems (WMS) and transportation management.
· JDE ERP and DSI knowledge related to WMS system integration and workflow is an asset.
· Experienced in implementing and managing bar code systems, and electronic data interchange (EDI) solutions.
· Demonstrated application knowledge of SCM Systems; all Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

· Communicate all variances in inbound/outbound materials/shipments to the appropriate parties and ensure accuracy item quantities, lot codes and other information.
· Maintain strict control over inventory accuracy in racks, cooler and warehouse related locations.
· Lead all activities for the Warehouse team related to mock recalls as well as track and trace exercises
· Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the Warehouse Management System (WMS), EDI, RFID, and bar-coding technology systems and processes such as DSI and JDE.
· Develop and/or enforce corporate policies regarding security and safety to maintain a safe working environment.
· Lead the work order closure process, training, and validation of closure accuracy and possible investigations of material issuance errors.
· Actively Manage and Control the material “Hold” process and disposition activities
· In collaboration with QA Team ensure personnel follow protocols with regards to receipt, marking and recording of materials/ingredients, goods receipt documents and storage/dispensation of damaged, aged, defective, and obsolete products.
· Conduct periodic spot-checks of inventory levels, supplies, or equipment.
· Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
· Organize and lead all regular Cycle Count processes and coordinate with accounting all necessary adjustments.
· Responsible for the coordination and execution of the annual inventory count for finished goods, packaging supplies and raw materials and resulting reconciliation at the Phoenix facility.
· Responsible for the regular reconciliation of all inventories located at offsite 3PL locations.
· Implement and monitor inventory accuracy performance metrics and investigate causes of lost or damaged shipments.
· Build and train standard work in DSI and JDE for all warehouse functions. Train and mentor staff on inventory processes and best practices to promote a culture of accuracy and accountability.
· Continuously educate, follow, and enforce OSHA regulations and SunTree’s Health & Safety policies and procedures so that salary and hourly Warehouse employees understand, follow, and adhere to regulations of OSHA.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with all internal departments to continuously improve Warehouse ways of working and larger organizational capabilities.
· Work closely with procurement, sales, operations and warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely replenishment.
· Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding inventory status and issues.
· Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
