Description POSITION SUMMARY Maintains accurate inventory records through cycle counts, receiving verification, and ERP transaction management, supporting production planning and procurement activities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Process inventory receipts, transfers, and adjustments in the ERP system Verify incoming material receipts against purchase orders Support physical inventory and year-end counts Maintain organized storage locations and location master data Report inventory accuracy KPIs to Inventory Manager Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or GED 2+ years inventory control experience ERP system proficiency Strong attention to detail and data accuracy PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Epicor) Manufacturing inventory experience Excel proficiency PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT Warehouse/manufacturing floor environment, lifting up to 50 lbs, forklift or pallet jack operation.
