  • Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment

  • Experience with Fenevision systems is a plus
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring inventory integrity across all systems and locations.
Please note: This role involves physical labor, including lifting, moving, and organizing inventory materials in warehouse and storage areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability
  • Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile with inventory records
  • Perform inventory audits and cycle counts as required
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Enter, update, and audit inventory data in internal systems
  • Work closely with warehouse, purchasing, and production teams
  • Assist in receiving and stocking of goods as needed
  • Lift and move materials (up to weight of 50 lbs) and operate basic warehouse equipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures
