Description DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Issues purchase and work orders to generate product shipments. Maintains status of orders through entire process. Participates in inventory process and daily audits; researches and resolves inventory discrepancies. Pulls inventory to fill work orders using tools and scope. Maintains and oversees inventory database. In a retail environment, monitors store security systems, tags, and lock-up areas. Performs other duties as assigned by manager. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: Minimal or no experience. Commitment to excellence and high standards Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills Ability to manage priorities and workflow Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm Acute attention to detail Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following: Utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard. Accurately complete detailed forms and reports.
