WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

Bachelor’s in business, Supply Chain, or Logistics (or 5+ years of inventory control experience).
3–5 years in warehousing/logistics, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
SAP skills and some for Microsoft Office.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in both office and warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

As our Inventory Control Supervisor, you’ll be behind our inventory accuracy and reconciliation processes. You’ll collaborate with our site leaders, customers, and cross-functional teams to ensure our inventory is always smoothly operating.
Develop and implement Inventory Record Accuracy Systems (IRAs) and KPIs that are important
Lead cycle counts and physical inventories professionally
Be an expert at SAP inventory reconciliation and book-to-book matching.
Coach and develop a high-performing team that cares about detail as much as you
Partner with leadership to drive continuous improvement and eliminate inventory headaches.
Own the Aged Inventory review process and disposal strategy.
Conduct internal audits and champion best practices across the board.
