About the Role: An Inventory Control Clerk plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process, tracking and maintaining inventory levels and ensuring that inventory is available to production as needed. In this role, you will… Inventory Control Clerk I Perform all duties of the Material Handler I Navigate material through the plant in a safe and efficient way. Work as a team player across all departments. Properly check in material using the receiving process flow chart. Place received material in the designated location. Accurately perform and report inventory counts. Practice 5s skills. Understands the quality and shipping commitments of Talos. Inventory Control Clerk II Meets all the qualifications of Inventory Control Clerk I Ability to work independently on projects. Understand the workflow of the plant and warehouse. Identify, organize and manage production parts, assembly components, and finished goods. Trained to make inventory adjustments correctly and appropriately. Ability to train an entry level Inventory Control Clerk. Inventory Control Clerk II Meets all the qualifications of Inventory Control Clerk I Communicate with management on inventory replenishments and discrepancies. Trained and able to work in more than one kitting area Must have a positive attitude and drive to ensure the success of the Inventory Department Understands the overall manufacturing process at Talos.
