We’re growing fast and looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Inventory Control & Warehouse Associate to join our Arlington Heights team. This role supports daily warehouse operations, ensures material accuracy, and keeps our remodeling projects running smoothly year-round. Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory control through regular counts and audits. Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and supplies. Pull, stage, and distribute materials for job sites and installation crews. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (training available). Track inventory using warehouse management or inventory software. Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. Communicate with field teams and project managers to coordinate deliveries. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Familiar with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, or inventory systems. Forklift experience or certification preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Reliable, punctual, and able to work overtime as needed.
