Description The Inventory Controller will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels, creating accurate monthly inventory reports, recording the ins and outs of the items, and labelling inventory items that will be used. They will also coordinate with the logistic team for purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing.? Responsibilities: Order inventory for all warehouses. Manage expiration dates and overstocks. Collaborate with Key Account Managers to prepare for upcoming promotions. Coordinate with pricing and sales teams to activate/deactivate new or discontinued SKUs. Create purchase orders (POs) in Encompass for warehouse receiving. Confirm all received POs, including transfers before payment. Conduct regular visits to locations to ensure accurate inventory and coding. Perform intercompany transfers. Assist with other duties as assigned. Requirements Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older with a Valid Driver’s license High School Diploma or GED equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as a demonstrated ability to utilize sales applications within ERP software (i.e. Encompass). 1+ customer service, retail, sales, or service industry experience Preferred: 2+ years’ experience in customer service or sales within the beverage alcohol industry 2+ years’ experience in sales, sales platforms, and the service industry Physical Requirements: Ability to routinely lift 25 – 75 lbs., climb, reach and perform various physical maneuvers to perform the essential functions of the job.
