Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Controller to join our team at our Aweer warehouse in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory records, and supporting smooth and efficient warehouse operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Inventory Controller, Storekeeper, or similar role.
  • Background in warehouse operations, building materials, or trading industry is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with inventory systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google.
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Able to work independently, manage time efficiently, and thrive under pressure.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
  • Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory in the system.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory audits.
  • Track inventory movement and reconcile discrepancies or variances.
  • Notify management of low stock or overstock conditions.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, sales, procurement, and logistics teams for proper inventory handling.
  • Ensure correct documentation, labeling, and safe storage of all products.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
  • Support procurement and sales teams with timely inventory data and availability updates.
  • Implement inventory control procedures to reduce losses and improve accuracy.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse storage areas.
  • Ensure compliance with all company inventory and safety policies.
