Our Supply Chain is the heart of our success and is driven by our passionate, innovative people.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE:

Join our team at our Launceston Distribution Centre, a key hub supporting multiple business units including Dulux Paints, Yates, Selleys, Cabots and Avista/Fosroc. This role is vital to ensuring efficient stock management across a complex supply chain, requiring strong communication skills, operational insight, and a flexible approach to distribution challenges. As part of the onsite operations team and acting as the 2IC to the Distribution Manager, you’ll play a central role in meeting diverse service level agreements and customer requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Champion a culture of safety and sustainability by leading initiatives, maintaining compliance protocols, and ensuring all team members are trained and supported in safe work practices.
  • Drive efficient warehouse operations by maintaining a clean and organised environment, supporting stocktake activities, and optimising product storage and pick paths.
  • Manage waste and salvage processes to minimise excess and ensure appropriate handling of obsolete or recalled materials.
  • Oversee stock control activities including inbound management, cycle counts, returns, and SAP data accuracy to ensure inventory integrity and operational flow.
  • Provide effective leadership by resolving team issues, embedding safety into daily operations, and contributing to site productivity and continuous improvement initiatives.
