REPORTS:

Submit monthly detailed reports including:

  • Stock movement summaries
  • Top-selling products
  • Overstocked items
  • Return rates
  • Product damage rates
  • Overall inventory performance indicators (KPIs)

RequirementsRequirements

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in inventory management or supply chain operations, preferably in retail, wholesale, or e-commerce.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and inventory control software.
  • Experience creating interactive dashboards and data analysis using Power BI or similar tools.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management best practices.
  • Familiarity with integrated systems (ERP & Inventory Management Systems).
  • Knowledge of demand forecasting and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with Zoho Inventory or similar ERP platforms (a plus).

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE:

To manage and control inventory operations efficiently using advanced digital applications and modern inventory management systems, ensuring accurate data and regular analysis to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce errors and costs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement advanced inventory control procedures using ERP systems and modern inventory management software.
  • Set minimum and maximum stock levels based on data-driven product movement analysis (Fast-moving, Slow-moving, Dead stock).
  • Prepare regular and interactive inventory reports using tools like Power BI or Zoho Analytics.
  • Coordinate directly with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to update inventory data in real-time.
  • Monitor returned products and coordinate with technical teams to inspect and evaluate product conditions.
  • Ensure all inventory transactions are recorded promptly and accurately in the system and monitor discrepancies between physical and system stock.
  • Propose continuous improvements to inventory processes using AI tools and demand forecasting applications.
  • Supervise warehouse staff (Storekeeper & Assistants) to ensure adherence to inventory policies and procedures.
  • Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking that could disrupt business operations.
  • Manage and document proper disposal or return processes for damaged or expired items.
  • Participate in regular meetings with the Commercial Director and present updated analysis and inventory insights.
