JOB SUMMARY

This person shall maintain an accurate inventory using programs on our database. Adjust and maintain inventory through daily material requisitions and inventory accuracy, including yearly inventory.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Computer skills are needed. Experience with ERP’s, Word and Excel helpful.
Good basic math skills are essential.
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and written.
Strong attention to detail is essential.
Data Entry experience is a plus.

Work directly with Material Manager & Material Certification Handler (MCH).
New Material – Verify quantities from receiving tickets, confirm Materia Test Reports (MTR’s) to confirm M&M in USA, material grade ordered is correct.
Perform Cycle Counts on inventory
Daily material requisitions, adjust inventory as required. Requisitions will be shared with MCH.
Inventory – Complete control of inventory, locations, and ACCURACY
Be able to receive Forklift and Crane Certification
Be able to work with Production Employees, to benefit all parties.
Learn all aspects of the Hardware and MCH position, to allow coverage if on vacation, sick, etc….
Must be able to lift 40 pounds frequently and 50 pounds with assistance
Perform any other tasks as assigned.
