JOB DESCRIPTION

The Inventory Controller is responsible for ensuring accurate stock control and providing a high level of customer service support. This role is pivotal in maintaining optimal inventory accuracy, facilitating warehouse efficiency, and ensuring timely communication and resolution of customer and client enquiries.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in cold storage or FMCG environment is highly regarded
• Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse customer service (3+ years preferred)
• Strong understanding of inventory systems and WMS (SAP, Manhattan, or similar)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
