Working in two shifts from 06:00 – 15:00 and 15:00 – 0:00, you’re responsible for analyzing and optimizing the stock in our warehouse. It’s your job to keep an eye on when stock needs to be ordered, but you also receive the stock and keep an eye on invoicing. You initiate and organize daily stock checks, proactively scan system inventories and system orders to detect irregularities in inventories. Discrepancies arise? You make sure to investigate them in our customer systems and solve them accordingly.
Of course, you don’t do this alone. As an Inventory Controller, you are the link between the warehouse floor and the office. Thanks to your regular communication with team leaders, the warehouse manager, and the purchasing department, you’re able to keep the stock level as efficient as possible. You deliver daily management reports to keep track of results and arrange regular employee meetings to discuss count results that result in process and systems improvements to decrease stock inaccuracies. Accuracy and communication thrive you forward.
