YOUR ROLE
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for keeping things organised? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency matter? If so, we’re looking for an Inventory Coordinator to join our dynamic team, based in Barton to help us maintain smooth and effective inventory operations.
You will be responsible for overseeing and managing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy across systems and supporting internal departments with stock and inventory data. Your role is crucial in helping us meet customer demands and maintain operational excellence.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
You’ll play a vital role in maintaining optimal stock levels to meet customer demand while ensuring accuracy across all inventory records. You’ll be responsible for recording and tracking all inventory movements, identifying and reporting discrepancies. Collaboration is key, as you’ll work closely with various departments to ensure seamless operations. You’ll also take the lead in organising and maintaining inventory documentation, supporting audit processes, and ensuring full compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards. Following CEVA procedures, you’ll be involved in creating and entering inventory counts, reviewing variances and driving initiatives to reduce the need for second counts and investigations.
