Description The Inventory Coordinator manages warehouse inventory, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring optimal stock levels. The Inventory Coordinator ensures materials and products are available to meet operational and customer needs, coordinates parts for various projects and delivers parts locally. They will also perform all shipping and receiving of parts and materials. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring stock levels are up to demand. Prepare inventory for internal distribution or outbound shipment as needed Receive and verify incoming materials; process shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Ensure inventory is organized, accessible, and stored according to safety and quality standards Deliver parts locally to designated locations, ensuring adherence to delivery schedules. Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Monitor warehouse organization and cleanliness, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Provide regular reports on inventory levels, order status, and shipment tracking. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances. Assist with physical inventories and audits. Perform other duties as requested. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred. Proven experience in warehouse management or inventory control. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. (optional). 2-3 years of inventory or warehouse experience. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic proficiency with inventory systems, ERP software, or spreadsheets. Ability to lift and move inventory as required. Valid driver's license and clean driving record for local deliveries. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
