We’re currently seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to support our seed operations in Oregon. In this role, you’ll help maintain accurate inventory data, support testing processes, and ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and third-party storage partners. About the RoleWe’re looking for an organized and detail-focused Inventory Coordinator to help maintain accurate seed inventory across internal and third-party storage locations in Oregon. This position supports daily inventory movements, testing coordination, and system accuracy within the ERP, ensuring teams across North America have reliable information to support planning and production.What You’ll DoInventory Management & Accuracy• Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP for all warehouse and 3PL locations.• Reconcile system and physical inventory; research and resolve discrepancies.• Process stock adjustments and support cycle counts and periodic stocktakes.• Monitor aged inventory and small lots; recommend rework or disposition.• Support floor stock and product blending activities.Seed Testing & Product Control• Coordinate seed sampling, testing, tagging, and documentation.• Track and update testing results to ensure current availability and compliance.• Manage special testing requests and product holds.• Ensure testing timelines support customer and order requirements.Systems & Data Integrity• Maintain correct lot, status, and location data in the ERP.• Support system alignment with planning tools and reporting needs.• Create spreadsheets, track inventory activity, and assist with reporting projects.• Identify and support resolution of system or data issues impacting accuracy.Collaboration & Communication• Partner with Supply Planning, Grower Services, and Warehouse teams.• Communicate with third-party logistics partners regarding receipts, movements, and adjustments.• Provide timely updates on inventory status or discrepancies.• Contribute to process improvements within Operations & Supply Chain.Other Responsibilities• Maintain documentation aligned with quality and audit standards.• Support internal and external audits.• Participate in meetings and improvement initiatives.• Perform other duties as assigned.What You BringRequired• 2–4 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or agriculture/seed environments.• Strong understanding of inventory management practices.• Proficiency with Microsoft Navision (or similar ERP).• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.• Clear communication and teamwork skills.• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work overtime hours as necessary. Preferred• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.• Experience working with 3PL partners.• Familiarity with seed testing and quality processes.• Experience with Anaplan, PowerBI, or similar tools.
