Description We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator responsible for handling inventory control and warehouse operations at DynaFire. This role involves organizing and maintaining inventory, and ensuring accuracy in stock management. The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail. Maintain inventory tracking systems to ensure stock accuracy. Receive shipments, verify them against purchase orders, and update inventory records in the accounting software. Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies. Organize warehouse space efficiently to optimize storage and accessibility. Process returns for defective equipment, including preparing Returned Materials Authorizations (RMA) and tracking replacements. Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and security standards within the warehouse. Follow policies and procedures for inventory and warehouse management. Generate reports on inventory levels and warehouse operations as needed. Requirements Training and Certification Requirements: Proven experience in inventory control, logistics, warehouse, shipping and receiving, or a related field. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in inventory and warehouse operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and inventory management software. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate effectively with vendors and team members.
