Description

Responsible for coordinating all inventory-related activities, including receiving, stocking, issuing, and cycle counting materials, while supporting shipping functions as needed. Ensures accuracy and traceability of inventory transactions in ERP/WMS systems, including import/export compliance, outside processing, and job creation. Bilingual Spanish/English required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years of inventory control, warehouse, or logistics experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Bilingual – Spanish/English required (verbal and written).
  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems; Epicor experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of import/export regulations, including HTS, ECCN, COO, and customs documentation, preferred.
  • Forklift certification preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate material handling equipment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels through daily transactions, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials; issue materials to production.
  • Create and maintain jobs/work orders in ERP for production builds, special projects, and replenishment.
  • Coordinate outside processing/subcontracting activities, including transferring materials to external suppliers and receiving back processed or converted parts.
  • Prepare and process shipping documents for domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with carrier, customer, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support import/export compliance, including maintaining HTS, ECCN, COO records, and assisting with customs documentation.
  • Assist with freight bookings and coordinate with carriers for timely deliveries and pickups.
  • Work cross-functionally with Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Logistics to resolve material issues.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse and shipping areas.
