POSITION OVERVIEW

The Inventory Coordinator will play a key role in managing finished product and packaging inventory. This role ensures all inventory is accurately recorded, properly labeled, and efficiently tracked through our packing and shipping operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable with technology, and takes pride in accuracy and accountability.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, data collection, and demand planning.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Basic computer skills; ability to use scanners and inventory software.
  • Experience in warehouse, inventory, or shipping/receiving roles is an asset (agriculture/food industry experience preferred).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Team player with good communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter inventory for all SKUs into the system.
  • Scan and track outgoing inventory as products are shipped.
  • Monitor finished boxes to ensure the correct packaging and labels are used for each customer order.
  • Assist with daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Support the packing line team with packaging material needs and inventory flow.
  • Work closely with shipping and receiving to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
  • Maintain organized storage of packaging materials and finished goods.
