EDUCATION

  • High school diploma or GED is required.

EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years of experience in logistics with a life science company preferred.
  • Proven ability to follow policies and procedures and meet schedules.
  • Ability to operate powered industrial trucks and equipment at various heights.
  • Basic computer skills. Experience in MS Office.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory control procedures.
  • Ability to understand and interpret team metrics.
  • Accuracy in all functions to avoid delays.
  • Strong attendance performance.
  • General and detailed instruction following capability.
  • Equipment training will be provided.

Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, sort, arrange, count, store, and accurately process items for storage and/or shipment in accordance with established procedures and customer requirements.
  • Receive materials and/or finished goods daily, verifying quality, type, and amount against documentation.
  • Work in a warehouse environment under various temperatures.
  • Safely operate distribution equipment.
  • Complete mandatory training and align with all ISO standards
