QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1–3 years of experience in inventory management or logistics (retail or merchandise industry preferred)
• Solid understanding of inventory control processes and SKU tracking
• Experience with third-party logistics (3PL) is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift and move merchandise as required
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime based on inventory demands

• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock levels, and receiving status; report findings to internal teams
• Reconcile warehouse reports with internal records to resolve variances
• Conduct cycle counts and periodic inventory audits
• Verify merchandise received against packing slips and system data
• Ensure products are properly labeled, packed, and compliant with company standards
• Collaborate with warehouse partners to ensure timely and accurate inventory ingestion
• Confirm proper SKU labeling and barcoding to minimize system discrepancies
• Escalate inventory issues, damages, or non-compliance to the Operations Manager
