Compensation: $32 / Hour Job Title: Inventory Coordinator Location: Mansfield Field Office – Mansfield, LA Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Position Overview The Inventory Coordinator supports day-to-day yard and warehouse operations at the Mansfield Field Office. This role ensures efficient receipt, storage, tracking, and issuance of materials in support of field operations while maintaining a safe, organized, and compliant work environment. Key Responsibilities • Support employees and contractors with equipment movement, maintenance, and truck loading • Maintain a clean, organized yard and warehouse • Receive, inspect, and verify equipment deliveries for accuracy and damage • Prepare equipment for stocking or issuance to stakeholders • Assist Procurement with inventory control and material tracking • Use SAP and other inventory systems to track orders, receipts, and issuances • Submit notifications and complete work orders in SAP • Perform basic equipment repairs, valve rebuilds, and loading/unloading of trucks • Maintain a customer-service mindset when working with internal stakeholders and vendors Skills & Qualifications Required • High School Diploma or GED • Valid driver’s license • 2–5 years of oilfield-related experience • Ability to multi-task and self-prioritize • Experience working in yard, warehouse, or field logistics environments • Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Excel, and inventory tracking tools • Ability to learn and identify oilfield equipment and its function Preferred • OSHA-compliant Forklift Certification • College degree Physical Requirements • Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs (occasional up to 100 lbs) • Standing, climbing, balancing, bending, and repetitive hand motions • Exposure to outdoor conditions, moving mechanical parts, and industrial environments
