The Role We’re on the hunt for an organised and detail-obsessed Inventory Coordinator to join our fast-paced team and play a critical role in keeping our stock flowing seamlessly across stores, warehouses, and third-party logistics providers. You’ll be the go-to for all things inventory, from troubleshooting discrepancies and coordinating inter-branch transfers to supporting stocktakes and optimising stock consolidation. If you're passionate about process, data accuracy, and getting things where they need to be (on time and on point), this role is made for you. Reporting to our Inventory Manager, you’ll be a key connector across our retail, logistics, and operations teams, making sure our Honeys have what they need, when they need it. A Day in the Life of Our Inventory Coordinator Involves… Coordinating stock movements between stores and 3PL partners, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Being the liaison between stores and logistics teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth stock flow Executing consolidation plans to optimise inventory across locations Supporting and guiding retail teams during stocktakes and cycle counts Actioning OMS rejection adjustments and investigating root causes to prevent future disruptions Managing IBT (inter-branch transfer) processes and ensuring discrepancies are resolved Processing stock corrections and system adjustments to maintain inventory accuracy Collaborating with cross-functional teams to continuously improve inventory control processes Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, because communication is everything Your Sweet Spots (About You) Experience in inventory control, logistics, or warehouse coordination Confident using inventory management systems (NetSuite experience is a plus!)
