We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our team temporarily as Inventory Coordinators. This role involves logging, registering, and taking inventory of furniture, appliances, and other assets across multiple properties. This is an excellent opportunity for students or temporary workers seeking flexible work in property management. \n Key Responsibilities: Visit assigned properties to log and register furniture, appliances, and other assets. Conduct inventories to verify the presence, condition, and location of assets. Maintain accurate records in company inventory systems. Report any damaged or missing items to the property management team. Support consistency and accuracy in documentation across multiple locations (Koreatown, USC, West Los Angeles). Qualifications: High school diploma or currently enrolled college student preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to travel between multiple property locations. Comfortable using basic computer programs such as Excel or Google Sheets. Ability to lift or move light to moderate furniture or appliances. \n The estimated compensation for this role is $18/hour.
