REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain control roles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using inventory or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Zoho, inFlow)
  • Fork lift license
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination abilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical capability to perform occasional inventory counts or audits (lifting up to 50 lbs may be required)

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client looking for an organized and detail‑oriented Inventory Coordinator who will oversee the flow of goods and materials, maintain accurate stock records, and collaborate across departments to optimize inventory levels and support smooth operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across all product lines
  • Oversee receiving, inspection, and storage of incoming inventory items
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
  • Update inventory records in the system and track movements (inbound/outbound/returns)
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, sales, and operations teams to forecast demand and replenish stock
  • Manage cycle counts, coordinate discrepancies, and recommend solutions to minimize variance
  • Generate and maintain reports on stock levels, turnover, shrinkage, and key metrics
  • Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to prevent overstock and stockouts
  • Liaise with suppliers/vendors on orders and resolve shipment issues
  • Assist in process improvement, slotting optimization, and workflow enhancements
