Reports to: Group Inventory Leader

Responsibilities
  • Safe operation of a forklift, Raymond Reach (Counterbalance and Narrow Aisle Reach license required).
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory cycle counts for customer; ensure inventory accuracy; and provide weekly reports to management.
  • Execute FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and slotting practices to optimize warehouse operations
  • Oversee pallet rotation and proper stock placement
  • Use scanning devices for tracking, receiving, and dispatching inventory
  • Maintain product identification and location traceability.
  • Research inventory discrepancies and problems; non-conforming products and ingredients; and damaged product to be reconciled in a timely manner and provide a report.
  • Responsible for completing physical inventories/random or receipt audits/reconciliations.
  • Exposure to occasional cold temperature extremes while performing counts in a walk-in cooler (0- 4°C) and/or freezer (below -18°C).
  • Compliance with all rules & policies regarding health safety, occupational safety, environmental safety, food safety, legal regulations, company requirements, etc.
  • Compliance with the Company’s Integrated Management Systems which includes, but is not limited to Production, Quality, Food Safety, HACCP & GMP.
  • Other duties as assigned.
