Description
Job Description Evaluate and enhance inventory control processes, including inbound, outbound, cycle count, and stock adjustments. Drive root cause analysis and corrective action for inventory variances, damage, and aging stocks. Develop, implement, and maintain standardized inventory procedures across all warehouses. Benchmark across DCs and scale successful practices to ensure consistency and operational discipline. Analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making and performance improvement. Create dashboards and reports using Excel to visualize performance, highlight gaps, and track improvements. Work closely with DC teams, warehouse leaders, finance, and planning teams to align inventory control practices. Influence and support frontline operations through clear communication, coaching, and training on inventory processes. Coordinate with internal or external stakeholder and process teams for system updates impacting inventory accuracy or tracking.
