INVENTORY EXECUTIVE – VERTICAL TRANSPORTATION SOLUTIONS

• Location: Kaki Bukit, Singapore
• Salary: S$3,300 – S$3,600/month + AWS (13th Month) & Performance Bonus
• Employment: Full-Time, Permanent
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:45 PM (5-day work week)

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management
• Proficiency in SAP, C4C, RFID, and MS Office; strong organizational and communication skills
• Forklift license preferred
• Able to safely handle and move inventory items (~5kg to 20kg) and perform warehouse duties in accordance with safety procedures

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily warehouse operations across internal and external facilities
• Enforce SOPs to ensure accuracy and efficiency in inventory processes
• Maintain accurate Goods Receipt (GR) and Goods Issue (GI) records using SAP, C4C, and RFID
• Coordinate import/export shipments to optimize logistics and reduce delays
• Prepare monthly inventory reports and conduct periodic stock checks
• Uphold workplace safety and maintain a well-organized warehouse environment
