INVENTORY EXECUTIVE – VERTICAL TRANSPORTATION SOLUTIONS

• Location: Kaki Bukit, Singapore
• Salary: S$3,300 – S$3,600/month + AWS (13th Month) & Performance Bonus
• Employment: Full-Time, Permanent
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:45 PM

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
• Proficient in SAP, C4C, RFID, and MS Office; strong organizational and communication skills.
• Forklift license preferred.
• Able to safely handle and move inventory items (~5kg to 20kg) and perform warehouse duties according to safety procedures.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

• Manage daily warehouse operations across internal and external facilities.
• Enforce SOPs to ensure accuracy and efficiency in inventory processes.
• Maintain accurate Goods Receipt (GR) and Goods Issue (GI) records using SAP, C4C, and RFID.
• Coordinate import/export shipments to optimize logistics and reduce delays.
• Prepare monthly inventory reports and conduct periodic stock checks.
• Ensure workplace safety and maintain an organized warehouse environment.
