Goodness Ingredients is a subsidiary company of Grower Direct Nut, a vertically integrated, family-owned and family run tree nut grower and processor. Goodness Ingredients manufactures nut-based ingredients in the food and beverage markets. Our ingredients are used in nut milks, bakery, bars, snack nuts and confectionary. We also market our own brand of nuts and nut butters under the Nutty Gourmet brand label, and contract manufacture for other brands and private label.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our operations team. The successful candidate will help manage inventory levels, coordinate order fulfillment processes (e-commerce & regular), and ensure smooth production workflows. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
