Description Coleto Brands, parent Company of Progress Lighting and Kichler, is seeking to fill an Inventory General Warehouse Associate at our Jefferson, GA location for A Shift (6:00AM - 2:30PM), Monday - Friday, overtime as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and process-driven, with strong accuracy in cycle counting, auditing, and investigating discrepancies to ensure precise inventory control and reporting. Duties and Responsibilities: Perform cycle counts and miscellaneous inventory audits to ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policy Ensure products are in proper locations, conduct searches to locate missing inventory Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventory Research and perform root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies and recommend process improvements Conduct third party vendor audits to confirm quantity and part number for received material Execute assignments accurately and timely in a safe manner Prepare various reports relative to the cycle counting process Additional duties as assigned Skills and Experience: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Proven time management skills; work overtime as needed to meet deadlines. Excellent math and analytical skills to include addition, subtraction, multiplication. Understanding of basic inventory control procedures Good work attendance record required. Computer experience in Microsoft Excel is desired. Knowledge of SAP WMS preferred. Ability to use all warehouse equipment. Requires High School Diploma or equivalent. High Attention to detail Strong independent worker Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Adhere to all company policies, housekeeping and safety procedures and guidelines.
