Description The Inventory Ground Crew Member is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. This role requires coordination with logistics, and operations teams to support the smooth flow of goods. Duties also include data entry into systems and maintaining organized digital records. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies. Monitor material levels and report shortages, overages, or damaged goods. Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory items. Input, update, and maintain information in digital formats such as databases and spreadsheets. Transcribe data accurately and verify its correctness. Organize and maintain digital files. Safety and Compliance Follow all company and regulatory safety procedures for ground operations. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards. Report equipment malfunctions or unsafe conditions promptly. Comply with environmental and occupational safety regulations. Coordination and Communication Work closely with inventory control, logistics, and operations teams. Support audits and material investigations as needed. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Physical ability to lift and move materials (typically up to 50 lbs.) Accuracy and attention to detail. Teamwork and communication. Time management. Safety awareness. Accountability and reliability.
