Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

This role is best for someone with strong analytical and thinking skills, a hands-on Inventory, Supply Chain & Fulfillment Manager to oversee our inventory, purchasing, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is exceptional in Excel, strong with numbers, and experienced in leading a warehouse team. They must be detail-oriented, analytical, and willing to be a team player — stepping in to help staff when needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage inventory tracking, reporting, and accuracy (Excel & inventory systems).
  • Build weekly/monthly reports on inventory value, aging, and KPIs.
  • Oversee purchasing, vendor negotiations, rebates, and shipping cost management.
  • Lead and supervise warehouse staff; ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Take full ownership of warehouse organization, supplies, and staffing.
  • Ensure all in-house orders are fulfilled accurately and shipped next business day.
  • Support staff when needed with hands-on help in fulfillment and operations.
