Apple’s Hardware Technology Organization (HW Tech), is looking for a high-energy Engineering Project Specialist (EPS) to assist our teams with material management and distribution enabling innovative Apple products! Our preferred candidate is a confident organizer who can prioritize issues, supervise details and never stop learning. You will be responsible for coordinating the critical resources vital to support ongoing Apple projects! This position will collaborate with multi-functional teams to provide engineering support for the development and validation of groundbreaking silicon material, spanning from the engineering design phase through product launch. DESCRIPTION You will join our inventory team and work on material receiving, distribution, and inventory management. This includes learning and using our inventory management tool, transporting material between rooms or buildings, tracking and coordinating existing material, and providing excellent customer service during distribution. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Experience managing inventory. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. Must be able to work on-site 5 days a week. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong troubleshooting and problem mitigation skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills. Interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances. Self-motivated to complete projects quickly and efficiently.
