REQUIREMENTS

  • GCE ’O’ Level min
  • one year of working experience in inventory related job function
  • Familiar with accounting system, Quickbook or computerised inventory system will be an advantage
  • Independent, responsible and meticulous / thorough on work is essential
  • Cheerful, positive attitude, plesant personality and willing to learn

Responsibilities
  • Prepare PO to order goods
  • Monitor stock level and maintain healthy safety stocks and place order for replenishment
  • Conduct regular physical stock check to keep track stocks and minimise loss or damage
  • Prepare stock report using computerised inventory system
  • Prepare stocks for delivery
  • Monitor incoming stock delivery and liasing with freight forwarder
  • Work closely with accounting department and sales department to ensure stocks are correctly delivered and billed
  • Handle impromptu delivery matters and sales quotations
