A.C.T. Equipment Sales Ltd is a leading supplier of industrial tools specializing in abrasives & cutting tools in Canada.
At A.C.T. we are looking to add to our growing AIMS (“A.C.T. Inventory Management Systems”) Support team. In this position, your primary role is to work collaboratively with co-workers, customers and suppliers to provide technical support for installing, training and support for our AIMS systems. We will provide the training you need to effectively & efficiently support these systems. We are looking for someone who is patient, detail-oriented, confident troubleshooting issues using the appropriate methods & tools, and is committed to providing a superior experience for our customers.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION:
· Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and interpersonal are required
· Frequent overnight travel required, primarily within Canada.
· Must carry a valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License
· Must have a personal vehicle to travel to customer sites
· Proficient use of Windows and the Microsoft Office suite of products.
· Strong problem solving and deductive reasoning skills
· Customer-centric attitude and a desire to grow with & contribute to customer-focused company
· Must have the ability to establish rapport with customers and coworkers
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals
THE MOST QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL:
· Have technological adeptness
· Be a self-starter that demonstrates excellent time and task prioritization.
· 2+ years of experience with Customer Service
