Your Role As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will report to the Parts Sales & Marketing Manager, and your main responsibilities include: Planning and evaluating Parts stock requirements to ensure optimal availability and customer satisfaction. Planning and coordinating Parts ordering and receiving processes (stock reordering, initial stock, customer back-orders, etc.). Monitoring stock quality and implementing measures to meet established targets. Analyzing and reporting stock and service level performance through KPIs. Managing supplier claims, returns, and inventory discrepancies, including stock counting. Maintaining accurate Parts and Supplier master data to support reliable operations. Your Profile We are seeking a motivated and business-driven professional who brings: Technical school or University degree — Logistics studies will be considered an asset. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, ideally within the automotive industry. Excellent command of MS Office; experience with logistics systems will be an advantage. Fluency in Greek and English (German knowledge will be a plus). A proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
