JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
Leads and coordinates an Inventroy Management team, such that personnel are developed, utilised and deployed effectively.
Through coaching and mentoring, develops and maximises employee performance and motivates the team in order to meet organisational standards and requirements.
Primary focus is the quality of output and meeting short-term delivery schedules.
Works with the Head of Supply Chain Performance to generate, deliver and implement improvements in order to overcome non-compliance or enhance performance.
Develops and implements plans, approaches, schedules and improvement programmes in order to deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly performance metrics and objectives.
Project manage tasks, balancing risks and opportunities, in order to meet defined outputs and deliverables.
Ensures planning, scheduling, controlling and reporting activities such that progress can be established against budgets and performance criteria.
May be expected to deputise for the Head of Supply Chain Performance during normal periods of absence.
Builds relationships within the business, the customer base and suppliers; works with this group; has strong communication skills to convey knowledge and own experience, in order to persuade and convince others of actions required to resolve a problem or issue.
